We want you to be happy with your purchase and how your order was
handled. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may
return any unopened/unused products within 30 days of purchase.
Return by Mail We'll
gladly accept returns for any Obagi products
upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. To
ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item
immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Return
shipping and handling fees are not covered and we regret that we do not
refund original shipping costs with the return.
To return an item with Agelessology.com, you must first
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number, also known as an
"RMA#". Requesting an RMA number is very easy, and all RMA requests
are completed instantly via your Agelessology.com user account.
It
is important to understand that no returns will be
accepted without an RMA number clearly marked on
the outside of the box. Packages without RMA numbers will be refused!
To request your RMA number, please follow these instructions:
- Login to your Agelessology.com account by opening the following link in a browser: http://www.Agelessology.com/myaccount.asp
- After successfully logging in to your account, click on the Recent Orders. This will display all the orders you have placed with Agelessology.com
- Open order details and click on "Add new RMA"
- After
submitting your RMA request online, please allow 1-2 business days for
us to review your request. You will receive an email notifying you if
your RMA request was either approved or denied. If your request is
approved, the email will contain your RMA number and important
instructions about how to ship your item(s) back to Agelessology.com.
Return Refunds and Credits We'll
issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item
that you return if your return is received within 30 days of the
PURCHASE date.
It
takes up to 20 business days to process the return and credit your
account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been
processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take
approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you
have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
Exchanges Please note that we do not offer exchanges for returned products at this time. |
